Ploceus Building Ltd was engaged by a client who owned subdividable land in an established suburb. The client has provided us with approved resource and building consent packages for his owner-occupied property on a 965 sqm section. Under the resource consent, the property is going to be subdivided into 4 freehold sections each having a 126 sqm double-story house to be built. PBL completed the first stage works including subdivisional civil works and construction of the first house in 2020 to suit the client’s financial planning.
